Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit mypowertalk.com or contact Gordana Biernat through MyPowerTalk.

1. Who is responsible for your personal data?

The data controller is Nosnownow Handelsbolag / MyPowerTalk, Malmö, Sweden.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect only the information needed to review and answer it:

• first name;
• last name, if you choose to provide it;
• email address;
• country, if you choose to provide it;
• the subject of your enquiry;
• any optional context you choose to provide;
• submission time, enquiry status and technical delivery status for the acknowledgement and notification emails;
• an approximate network country, where technically available, if you leave the Country field blank;
• the submitting IP address in a separate security record for a maximum of 14 days, solely to prevent abuse, investigate technical misuse and support approximate country identification.

We do not store browser User-Agent data. Please do not include sensitive personal data, such as medical, legal, financial, political or religious information, in an initial enquiry.

Session recordings

If you choose to receive a recording of a Conscious Conversation, the audio or audiovisual recording and delivery information are processed only for that agreed purpose. Recordings are normally deleted from MyPowerTalk’s systems within seven days after delivery. A longer backup is kept only when you specifically request it, and the requested retention arrangement is confirmed directly.

3. Why we use the information and our legal basis

Creating, delivering and briefly retaining a session recording when the client chooses this option.	Performance of the agreed engagement and the client’s explicit choice to receive the recording.
Meeting accounting, legal or regulatory obligations if an engagement begins.	Compliance with a legal obligation and, where applicable, performance of an agreement.

We do not rely on a mandatory consent checkbox merely to answer an enquiry. Where consent is genuinely required for a separate activity, it will be requested separately and can be withdrawn.

4. How long we keep the information

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally deleted no later than 12 months after the last recorded activity in the enquiry system, or earlier when they are no longer needed. Operational copies in the dedicated email inbox are reviewed and deleted under the same retention routine. Successfully sent email-queue records and technical delivery details are normally deleted after 30 days. Failed delivery records may be kept for a limited additional period to diagnose the failure.

Raw IP addresses held in the separate form-security record are automatically deleted after no more than 14 days. An approximate network-country code may remain with the enquiry for the same period as the enquiry because it can help Gordana understand the practical context and international location of the request.

Session recordings are normally deleted from MyPowerTalk’s systems within seven days after delivery. A longer backup is retained only when the client specifically requests it.

If an engagement begins, relevant information may be moved into separate client and accounting records and retained for the period required by the agreement or applicable Swedish law.

5. Who receives the information?

Access is limited to Gordana Biernat and people who need the information to administer the enquiry or engagement. The website, MariaDB database and domain-based email are hosted through Loopia AB. A video-conferencing or recording provider may also process a session recording when that option is agreed. Relevant practical details are confirmed before the recording is made. Service providers act under applicable data-protection terms and may not use the information for unrelated purposes.

We do not sell personal data and do not use enquiry information for unrelated advertising. The site contains no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or social-media tracking scripts.

6. International transfers

The website and enquiry database are intended to be hosted in Sweden or within the EU/EEA. If a future provider requires personal data to be transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer will only take place with a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards, and this notice will be updated.

7. Cookies and local storage

The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A short-lived, strictly necessary session cookie is used on the contact page to protect the form, preserve validation messages and reduce automated abuse. It is not used to track you across websites.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests and, in some cases, to receive data you provided in a portable format.

Contact info@mypowertalk.com to exercise a right. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

9. Security

We use data minimisation, access controls, encrypted connections, prepared database queries, form-protection measures and authenticated email delivery. No online system is risk-free, so sensitive information should not be sent through the initial contact form.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
