Information, not professional advice

The website presents Gordana Biernat’s writing, work and professional offerings. Its content is general information and reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Conscious Conversations

Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement or guarantee availability. Any engagement for a Conscious Conversation begins only when scope, practical terms, confidentiality and fees have been agreed directly. A Conscious Conversation is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or management consulting.

If a client chooses to receive a private session recording, the recording arrangement is agreed openly before or at the start of the conversation. The recording is delivered to the client and normally deleted from MyPowerTalk’s systems within seven days. A longer backup is kept only when the client specifically requests it.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, text, design, photographs, graphics and other original material on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may link to public pages and make ordinary personal use of the site. Reproduction, commercial reuse, republication or adaptation requires prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits otherwise.
